ESCA’s joint venture project with Archion Architects in realizing the vision of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) of a state-of-the art yet economical, energy-saving, ergonomic, and environment-friendly or green building for their new 23-storey office enabled the company to maximize and utilize all its expertise in structural design, green engineering, building information modeling (BIM), and project management.    

The PSA building was designed to comply with Philippine Green Building Code of 2015, Green Program and Tri-Dev (Triangle Park Development) Guidelines of Quezon City. Structural designers from both forms have adopted the highest factor of safety to sustain the challenges of any type of calamities. Some of its features include alternative water sources such as rainwater and STP effluent, and open-air ventilation for parking.
