ESCA was part of the AECOM-led team that won the Global Conceptual Design Competition for the Philippines’ New Senate Building. The team won over 24 foreign and 16 local firm who competed. ESCA provided the BIM construction simulation for the winning entry: a complex of four 12-storey towers connected by a central bridge, with blast proof technology to address terror threats.
