Understanding the urgency requirement of providing safe, fast, and reliable public transportation to the Filipino commuting public, ESCA’s structural design review and project management services in the LRT 1 Rehabilitation project were completed on time.    

These include the restoration of parapets, faulty concrete, and river bridges structural defects of the 26-km transit line from Baclaran to Monumento.
